Just tried Uttapam for the first time and it’s safe to say I’m hooked.🙌🏼🤤 The combination of the soft, spongy texture and the burst of flavors from the veggies and spices is a total game-changer.😍🌶️
It’s incredible how food can transport you to a whole new world, and I’m definitely ready for more culinary adventures.
I’m still new to India but South Indian food is AWESOME!🇮🇳🤯
