Just dove into South Indian cuisine for the first time – and let’s just say, I was surprised.
I was expecting LOTS of spice!🌶 It was savory and subtle.🧐🎩
A pleasant meal I don’t sweat through my clothing was a nice surprise!🥵
I never connected Indian and coconuts but duh… tropical weather. Just showing I have more to learn.🥴
