Beer battered lobster taco -Jalapeño & avocado citrus crema 1 c Crema 1 lime (juice) 1 jalapeño 1/2 avocado 6 pickled jalapeño slices 1 handful cilantro 1/4 c pickled jalapeño juice -Blend all ingredients and salt to taste -Beer batter 1 c All purpose flour 1 Tbsp smoked paprika 1 Tbsp garlic powder 1 tbsp garlic salt 1 egg 1 1/2 c Mexican beer Combine dry ingredients in a bowl. Lightly beat egg and add to dry ingredients. Whisk in beer. Batter lobster and deep fry at 350° for about 3-5 minutes or until golden brown -Spicy quick pickled onions 1 medium onion 1/4 rice wine vinegar 1/2 lime (juice) 1/4 tsp salt 1 tsp oregano 1 tsp chili flakes 1 Serrano chili Thinly slice onion and Serrano and combine with all ingredients Place in refrigerator until ready to use Use whatever toppings you’d like and enjoy! #lobstertacos #beer #funwithfood #bestdamntacos #privatechef #tacolife #wahlbergchef #family #blessed
