FINALLY, we made it to the mountains of Pakistan where in the KPK region we found the most remarkable stone lifting style ever seen! Here, @jawadahmedchamp cleans and squats a 150kg (330lb) stone with ease.
During the clean, the stone is not allowed to touch the body. Only in the catch, during the receiving stage of the lift, can the stone rest on the chest.
