Martins Licis Instagram – Sandbag suicides are killller! Too many strongman competitors rely purely on barbell strength, and neglect that they are athletes when it comes to show day. Being able to move quickly, consistently, and without slowing down, is paramount to winning carry medleys! – with that said, I’ve got to do these more! I’ve been taking it very easy over the past few weeks to nurse my back, and it shows. This sandbag is the heaviest thing I’ve lifted in a while 😆 @theworldsstrongestman
