Earnest post alert – Marathon done. Very slow, but I was doing it for @calmzone – we confirmed the place 10 weeks out and I asked @maxfitnessldn if it was possible – she said “if you don’t care about the time and that it won’t be pretty you can do it.” I have to say that the support both on the sidelines and online has been unbelievable. Thank you to every single person who has donated, sent support or shouted at me from the roadside. Was very much appreciated. As promised I am matching donations today, and most importantly I think we’ve really raised awareness for @calmzone and the life saving work they do – please check them out and support if you feel you can. Since 2019, I have had a number of Misadventures across the globe. After five years of travelling, this three week trip through Africa (Uganda, Rwanda and Madagascar) felt like the perfect way to bring it to a close. My next Misadventure will be to Tenerife with the family. The final series of The Misadventures of Romesh Ranganathan comes to @bbctwo and @bbciplayer later this month.
