i recommend we develop healthy uplifting routines.. most important for me ?meditate 2x a day, live in constant gratefulness or moving prayer infact in my daily hot yoga practice i thank God over and over sometimes by thinking mantras or devotional songs whole class …
then i always do good karmic work i love my Balinese family so i devote some time to their wellbeing and or the children in the village i do elliptical machine and go for a 3-1/2 mile speed walk then i go dancing or kirtan (singing to God) which often turns into dancing and singing to God) of course i work like Hebrew slave to pay the bills ❤️ ps and yes i do ice therapy and sauna daily (there is new research on ice and heat therapy that is mind blowing ❤️
