Tonight I try and go ‘undercover’ to surprise Amy and give her a Big Thank You on behalf of The One Show! In 2018, at the age of 21, Amy’s life was forever altered following an MS diagnosis. Amy discovered that there was little to no support geared towards 18-35-year-olds, so she set up MS Together. The community now boasts over 1,000 members who have access to much-needed support, including 1-to-1 counselling, meet-ups, and a sense of belonging. 📺 Watch tonight on BBC One and BBC iPlayer from 7pm as we thank her for all she has done for Team MS @mssocietyuk @mstogetherofficial
