Zachary Quinto Instagram – marching in the streets of hollywood today i saw this photo of george floyd being carried high above the rest of the people and signs. it felt like he was looking right at me… right through me really. fixing his gaze on all the places within me where i have fallen short. stayed silent. taken care of myself first. thoughtlessly perpetuated generations of ingrained white privilege to the detriment of my brothers and sisters of color. and it immediately restrengthened my resolve to support this movement in any and every meaningful way i can. not only today among the throngs. but in the weeks and months and years ahead. to learn and grow and do the work and show up in solidarity… lasting solidarity. i felt his presence among us today. his spirit moving all of us down hollywood boulevard. and i felt sure in this moment that we will not let his death be in vain.
