Ginger leek chicken soup! Let’s roll!
Chimichurri
1/2 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1/2 cup parsley 3-4 cloves garlic
2 small red chilies
3/4 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon corse salt
You can mince all the ingredients and stir together, or add to a food processor as shown.
Add lemon and more salt and pepper to taste 👅
