Where do you get your interior inspiration from? I gather mine from places I’ve stayed, these little squares, friends houses… I’ve lost my style mojo a bit recently. This flat isn’t going to be forever so I’m stuck between wanting to redo it from top to bottom or just live with it for a while… my style has changed too… I’m hankering for light, calming and gentle….. which is probably what I need in my life as well as in my walls.. what about you? What/where is your inspiration?

Lovely morning filming with the wonderful @annaberkeleystyling and @think.shape trying to find the perfect blazer… Blazers are like buses and men.. can’t find a decent one for years then Anna rocks up with about 6 I’d buy in a heartbeat… Will post our findings soon…

Took myself off for a little explore of Richmond’s new holistic wellness centre @koyo_wellness – what a beautiful space… their sole purpose is to make you feel incredible.. and you do.. from the moment you walk through their doors… so many things to try from Infra Red Saunas, Cryotherapy Chamber, Ice Baths, Assisted Stretching… my favourite was the Cryotherapy.. -87 was the coldest temperature I’ve ever experienced (except a dodgy flat I lived in in Putney once) I felt euphoric when I emerged… it’s hard to describe so best you try it out .. head over to their page as they have lots of offers to try it for yourself… Thank you David for showing me your beautiful space..
