Amelia Lily Instagram – Here’s a very honest and open post from me… For years I have had a HUGE hang up about my arms. I always thought my arms were too BIG and held too much muscle that if I lift weights I will “bulk up”. I covered them pretty much up all the time on days out and nights out.. until today. Today I am going out with my arms out and this Is a massive step for me. This is all because my mind set has changed, I’ve realised as I’ve got older my body has changed and I am proud of who I have become. A month ago my very good friend and actually the woman who changed my life @diabetic_health_coach_ set me up a fitness and nutrition plan which suits me and my lifestyle, she knows what I want to achieve and where I wanna be.
