Life goes on, we move on..

All the above is so true.. but how we really move on. We take care ourselves apparently but do we really take care our inner self?! Our inner self is connected to our emotions and the process of cognition.
In my opinion we are so distracted of what is happening around us and we rushed always to be perfect for the others that we forget to nutriate our soul. Yes we read books on our vacation and we listen to them while we are driving and we are positive on advising others and we do training every day and eating healthy as well, but is it enough?!
Why every day we are witnessing people behaving with anger and the lack of empathy and the first value/rule of being a human – always in my opinion –
BE KIND BE GENEROUS TO THOSE IN NEED is almost a belief close to extinction?!
I am not here to judge you, who am I to judge any of you. But I am trying to understand why when we have accomplished so much we are loosing ourselves in the process and progress.
I don’t have the answers so what shall I do.. ?! I will go back to one thing I know for sure, one good deed per day!
One good action towards anyone the we cross pathways. If you look around there are plenty just be open hearted and don’t turn your look the other side neither down on the street or up in the sky doesn’t rain money but you can share love any time of your day and trust me once you do it you will feel the richest person of the entire world. Imagine if you do this every day and the person you have helped yesterday does it also.. that circle of people is limitless and has no boundaries because this how works the circle of life that connects us to each other, with the nature and with the unknown world to the other side of the planet.
