Just recently told someone we take life for granted .. we think we are here forever ..

Where ? coz ultimately we are going 6 feet under .
We fret and sweat over such things ..
Keep praying , hearing shabads , bhajans or sermons , exercise , laugh , read ,
Go sit under the tress ,
in the afternoon and see the sunsets , see the sunrise , call friends with no agenda ,
just call family , there will be ups and downs keep going through ,
Say what you have to ….
Work
Relax ….
Pray pray pray …. No substitute to prayer and go in the nature get off the social circuit and enjoy with a handful of people …
The family left behind is affected the most .
