This past weekend was so incredibly magical. Watching my sister marry her best friend surrounded by friends and family was beautiful. Together, you two are truly unstoppable. I love you both so much @missellefowler @alexgoot
We decided to do our engagement photos at the house. Don’t get me wrong, I love a gorgeous shoot in a field of wildflowers, but I have allergies and I don’t love bugs. This was so much more simple.. it was unfussy.. it was us as we are.
It also helped that my friend of 10 years @sarakiesling was our photographer, so it felt more like we were just hanging out at the house with a friend and taking (albeit posed) pictures throughout the day. We love them 💕

I just got back home from taking this little one to her new school in England! Saying goodbye was a bitter sweet moment, I’m so excited for her to start this next chapter of her life but selfishly, I want her closer to me. She’s halfway across the world (or the pond 😉) and I pray she stays safe and focuses on what she’s there for. Jelly Bean, I am so incredibly proud of you for following your passion and working so hard to get you where you are today. You are so kind and brave: Enjoy your time there, and remember what I told you ✨🏇🏻

So you may have noticed my Instagram hasn’t been updated in quite some time, and that’s because I was recovering from surgery. I had a reconstructive rhinoplasty 6 weeks ago. Link to the video discussing why I did this, showing you (embarrassing) photos from when I was healing, and telling my story is in the bio of my instagram. I warn you, it’s a long video, but I feel everything needed to be said. Before you comment on this post saying how horrible I am for “promoting plastic surgery” watch my video and get to know the whole story. If you still feel like that’s what I’m trying to do, that’s your opinion. But I know in my heart I did this for me and as my friend @meghanrienks once said, “If you have an issue with it that seems like a you problem. I’m just fine with it.”

Woohoo! Here’s my #FOTD (face of the day!) I went to ulta yesterday to support @KandeeJohnson on her new @toofaced collab and got carried away buying new products. I played with some last night when I got home then had a full on makeup morning! I even postmated Starbucks because I needed my soy chai latte but I’m also lazy.
