Brandi Runnels Instagram – Finally ready to start sharing! I disappeared from the wrestling landscape a little over a year ago. I was quietly working on a new career in a new direction and wanted to wait until I was solid before letting people know what I’d been spending every single day of my life working on. I’ve had a passion for yoga and pilates since the pandemic. In some of my darkest hours, it’s provided me so much light and restoration. I hesitantly enrolled in the @yttcollective teacher training for a 200 hr certification. Best decision I ever made. Under the leadership of @kimuplift I found the warmest people with a breadth of knowledge and the willingness to share that knowledge. I trained reformer and mat pilates with @thedailypilates Lily Collins, an absolute powerhouse in business and an expert in the field. Needless to say, I’ve had amazingly comprehensive training and now can’t wait to share the wealth as I open my own yoga and Pilates reformer studio here in the Atlanta area! Offering a wide variety of class styles as well as an online app and platform, my goal is to spread what I’ve learned to as many people as possible. It feels great to be back in the drivers seat and steering my own ship with passion and love! I can’t wait to help lead others to their unique goals. More Info to come soon!
