One of the biggest things I fell in love with while in Seoul is that there are so many cultural sites right next to super futuristic buildings. It’s really like everything was built around the history that it integrates so seamlessly even though you would think they’d be completely jarring. This kind of infrastructure and urban planning is so beautiful to witness and walkthrough. ❤️❤️❤️
P.S. when I first landed and jumped into an Uber, the driver asked me if it’s my first time. I said yes, I’ve never been to South Korea. And he goes “No, not South Korea. Just Korea. We are all 1. 1 country. 1 people”. And I loved that.
