It has been found recently that when the gut isn’t working properly our bodies don’t always absorb the nutrients needed to protect our bones. That’s why gut health and living an anti-inflammatory lifestyle are key! Probiotics, and lessening your intake of added sugar, refined carbs and caffeine are great places to start when trying to get your gut right. Focus on whole, fresh fruits and veggies and omega-3-rich foods like salmon and walnuts. And of course always consult a doctor if you have questions or concerns!
