That Menopausal Belly…. Yes, I know how tough that stubborn menopause belly can be, I’ve been through it and still trying my best to stay fit and healthy!!! Core muscles are so important to keep strong…I just want to encourage you to try and be consistent! That is key to feeling better.. just keep moving…Here’s a Menopause ab exercise that’s simple but effective!! #FBF!!! So many FUN memories of when I used to film my TV show that aired for 24 years!!! And it’s such a blessing to know years later I am still filming new workouts ….but just on a different platform!!! My Denise Austin App.. this TV show was all about burning fat and I had the BEST time with the entire crew on set!!! Plus, I used to bring my little daughters with me while I traveled to all these beautiful beaches and they would be right beside me with my sweet Mom watching over them… Those were such precious moments in life… such beautiful memories…
