Emilie Ullerup Instagram – This doc. Please watch. It is becoming harder and harder for me to say “you do you” when it comes to meat and dairy consumption. The choice affects so much more than the individual choosing it.
I know change is hard. “I could never go vegan” was likely said by every current vegan before they went vegan.
It doesn’t have to be a cold turkey (no pun intended) situation. Start slow, give yourself some grace. For example: Cut out out two things like red meat and swap your dairy milk and ice cream for plant based versions and make one day a week fully plant based. Give yourself a couple of months. Then eliminate something else. Find your new substitutes in the plant based world. Then keep moving through it.
