Rendang hijau kerang,dah lama teringin. First makan lebih 10 tahun lepas dkt kampung kita dkt Rengit. Yesterday was family day,Alhamdulillah dapat berkumpul bersama2 with my cousins. Managed to cook for them as promised and celebrated Abg Ijam’s birthday too. He reminds me so much of my arwah Dada,iras my cousin ni mmg mcm my dad 🥹 So happy dpt berkumpul mcm ni walaupon my aunty,uncle and my dad dah takde lagi,I’m sure they would be happy too to see us like this. Mihun Kari nyonya. Bila tak busy dgn kerja,this is how my life looks like. As u all know I love to cook and the gym is my second home. Nak dijadikan cerita since July my kucing kesayangan Bubu jatuh sakit,found out she has kidney issues,so now 3 kali seminggu kene pegi buat treatment,dia dah tak nak makan sendiri so have to force feed her 😿 So sambil2 masak kejap2 kene check on her,kene feed her,kene bawak pegi jumpa doctor. Routine harian skarang rasa macam ada baby kecik dkt rumah. Tolong doakan for my Bubu pls supaya panjang umur 🙏🏻❤️ #fdcooked #fdskitchen #my17yoBubu
Bila org tanya macam mane boleh maintain walaupon makan dan masak macam2? Workout,feel great & repeat! I do everything,I don’t just focus on 1 type of exercise and Im the happiest when I get to sweat! Excuses don’t kill the fat but exercises do. There’s no shortcuts darlings. Discipline is the bridge between goals & accomplishments. Nak makan sedap2 kene la rajin exercise,jgn malas2 and yg paling penting do it for yourself not anyone else 😎💪🏻
