Had a fab time with the @easportsfcpro gang at the #LaLigaFCPro finals. Amazing to see the return of the Iceman Nicolas99fc, but also Nacho Abella making his first ever World Championships – watch out for him! I’ve actually only been in EA FC for six months – pretty much started at the same time as this pregnancy and I’ve really enjoyed learning something new, working with new teams and getting to work both abroad and in London. I don’t know when my next EA FC event is, but I’ve got my fingers crossed I get to do more. Thanks to everyone for their patience and kindness in showing me the ropes, even when I insisted on drafting the Paul Scholes base icon for my bench. Photos by @hara_amoros

This is my everyday bread recipe which I’m tweaking each time I make it… -350g brown or wholemeal bread flour – 150g strong white flour – 7g easy bake yeast – Two tsp sea salt (I should be better and crush this before adding) – Tbsp honey – Three tbsp olive oil – 300ml water I want to emphasise that I can make this regularly because I mostly work from home and own a stand mixer so I don’t have to knead dough for 10 minutes! I tend to make the dough with the hook in 6-7 minutes when it’s come together and is all springy. I’m still learning bread making but this is a great recipe to start with. #bread #breadmaking #baking #recipe
