THIS was on the menu at class for a program I was taking at @iceculinary Nevermind the fact that initially I couldn’t pronounce one blessed thing, I also dreaded the details of it all. And WHO KNEW French Onion Soup was made with BEEF BROTH??? The first pic of my soup is what I made in class. I couldn’t try it though because it was made with beef. The second one is what I made at home with veggie broth. Its now literally one of my FAVORITE DISHES PERIOD. And ain’t it PRETTY??? SOOOOO YUMMY TOO. So if I can encourage you to go ahead and INVEST IN YOU! The time is going to pass regardless. GOD IS SOOO AMAZING!!! #THEHAPPYHOURWITHHEATHERB #THANKYOUGOD
