Heather B. Instagram – GOD MORNING 🌄 I’ve learned that “Being a Blessing to someone” most times has NOTHING to do with money. Sometimes it’s a kind word. A hug. Sometimes it’s a smile. A prayer. Sometimes it’s providing an opportunity. A reminder: That it’s gonna be ok. Sometimes it’s just listening. I spent alot of years chasing what I thought I could get, only to find out what you give is way more significant. I also learned that folks will definitely take advantage of your friendship, your kindness, your silence and your availability. So I’ve also learned to give with discernment. It was hard to do, but NECESSARY. This word today encouraged me to press on though. To continue to be a CHEERFUL GIVER. And to continue to give (as I can) without allowing it to be a burden on me.
