Iceland is at a crossroads. The license to hunt endangered fin whales expired in December. We urge the Icelandic government not to renew the hunting license. Whales are vital to the health of the oceans and our survival on the planet. Whales are the largest animals on earth, and as the Icelandic ethical review board has said, there is no humane way to kill whales.
