Jamie Lee Instagram – Today was a tough one, to say the least. It was – would have been – my dad’s birthday and it’s the same day we experienced the shocking loss of an incredible comedian and friend to many. I had a show tonight and wanted to cancel, so much, so bad, was just too sad, but then I watched some of Kenny’s (fucking great) stand up and felt inspired. So I kind of clung to that. I loved running into Kenny and seeing him perform. I always exhaled. I always felt lighter and more joyful and relaxed. The man truly lit up a room, with laughter, with his warmth. What a presence, on stage and off. Watch/listen to all of his stand up. It will enrich your life. The second slide is of Kenny on Crashing, hosting a fake comedy show (based on a real comedy show) with his (real) best friends. Ugh. Good God, this is tragic. Wish I had gotten to know Kenny better. So sad for his close friends and family. You are just so loved, Kenny ❤️💔
