Home Actress Jasmine Roth HD Photos and Wallpapers May 2024 Jasmine Roth Instagram - The other day I did an “ask me anything” and so many of you were kind enough to ask about how my neck is healing up and how I’m feeling. 🥹 I truly appreciate all the love! If you’re new around here, on Christmas day 2022 I woke up and couldn’t move my neck. I had a piercing pain between my shoulder blades and had no idea what was happening. Long story short, I had a herniated C5/C6 disk in my neck. The following 6 months were some of the hardest in my life, stacked with physical therapy, steroid injections, endless ice packs, even non-narcotic pain medications so I could sleep. Eventually I had stem cells injected and about 2 weeks after the procedure I celebrated because I had half a pain free day. But I still wasn’t healed and it took another 6 months of pain (which decreased slowly) to feel like “myself” again. In the meantime, I’d had my first physical which involved bloodwork. I’d been feeling tired, which just isn’t me. I had low energy and knew something was off. When I received the results back, it turns out quite a bit was happening with my body and it put me on an unexpected path which lead me straight to a cardiologist, a Functional MD, a ton of testing and changes, and eventually a fertility center. I’ll share my full journey and how it’s completely changed how I look at health very soon. But for now my update is this: I’m feeling great. I’m pregnant and happy. And a reminder to trust yourself when it comes to your body. I decided to share my story because I know I’m not the only one going through this. It’s never a bad idea to get a 2nd (or 3rd!) opinion… And also let’s all remember - what we see on social media is a snapshot / highlight reel and we still need to check in with our people to know what’s going on behind the scenes. Sometimes the “b-roll” story is the real story…😘 #BuildYourHappy #WomenWhoBuild

Jasmine Roth Instagram – It was a good day! 💛💛

Disney character breakfast @disneyaulani, some mommy-n-me paddle boarding, beach lunch, and even some @marukameudon 🍜🍜 (which did not disappoint), and a sunset round of cards while @hazelrothofficial snoozed in her stroller. So lucky to get this time to explore with my favorite people.

Can’t wait to see what’s next but for now…😴
