Our boy has endured a lot as his body has grown to be 6’ 7” with a 40” inseam… today he makes a comeback from being on the sideline. Praying for protection over his body as he takes the mound. It has been a long road, he’s worked so incredibly hard, cheered on his guys, he has took his body & nutrition to a whole new level. Daily he impresses us with his tenacity, work ethic, patience (even though it hasn’t been easy), he’s better for having gone through it. Late nights in the workout room & a lot of core work.

My parents have said the Lord’s hand has been so evident (at every step/hurdle) and at work through their decision to move to Louisiana. When they spoke of the move, I knew my mom needed 4 surgeries (2 new knees & 2 new shoulders), it was so hard to imagine being on the other side of that among many other things. My mama is a champ/bionic woman 🏆💪🏽 and my dad courageously loaded up their lives in California and they headed east to the BOOT!
It would only be fitting that they drove straight (23 hours) and made it just in time, minutes before Ace’s first pitch of his first Varsity start (& win)! Thank you Jesus, You are so good! #CaliforniaCajuns #Grateful

To witness my nephew live out his dream, has been one of the greatest gifts! 🙏🏽😭 We are so thankful we could get out to CO to surprise our boy for his graduation, he got his Associate of Applied Science – Aviation Technology: Fixed Wing! We couldn’t be more proud of him BUT most of all MOST PROUD… OF WHO HE IS! Asher Dean, the sky is only the limit- keep on keeping on! Keep shining for His glory! We love you so much! Most teams can’t say that, realizing how special what we have is… in the day & age of pick up players & teams just showing up to compete for rings on Sat & Sun. We have spent 6 years together, growing & grinding, & most of all loving each other through it all! They competed hard this wkd (playing the game the right way) in a 12u Invite only tourney, holding their own with the best in the South! Oh, how I love these girls!

Little did we know, Mizuno had a surprise for us. @adamwainwrightofficial & I were presented with Samurai Swords (such an incredible honor) and Tom Glavine with a bronzed glove.
