One of the most amazing discoveries I’ve had this year has been realizing how much more i can grow in this sport! I had gotten stuck at this same plateau over and over, and wasn’t sure if i could ever get stronger. The new generation of ninjas is not just super strong. Since everyone’s been asking… here’s day one of transforming a normal livingroom into my ultimate treehouse / #homegym / playground. Thank you so much to @papalninja for talking me through what materials to buy (1.5” aluminum speed rail, wall flanges, and lag screws), for cutting the speedrail to the correct lengths, for helping me build, and for teaching me how to do it myself all along the way! The @goruck Games final was an unexpected, yet fitting, demonstration of work capacity…tons of it actually. @jessiegraffpwr and @racioppifran watched the finals then took a shot at the title with a little coaching from the 2023 winners @carlywopat and @rockymountainkempson.
