we got over 150 people together to watch The Noise & celebrate the release and it was easily the coolest night ever. 🥲 thank you all for the beautiful comments and love.

Honored. Thank you @forbes @virgietovar
“the noise” is out now. link in my bio. wow. i’m not sure how to even begin to talk about this. i wrote the noise when i was in treatment for an eating disorder. i never imagined i’d be talking about it publicly. but here we are! eating disorders are often glamorized or talked about in very harmful ways. i wanted to create a film that shows the reality of how they affect people mentally rather than just physically. talking about my experience has not been 100% easy but i am so glad i decided to. because my hope is that we can create a more open conversation around mental health and remove the isolation that people struggling may feel. thank you a million to my incredible team who did a brilliant job making this film. especially bryce (first time director woohoo!) and thank YOU for following along with my journey and listening to me babble. i hope you love the film <3 and please remember. if you are struggling with something don’t be afraid to ask for help.
