Doing lots of bike intervals these days 💚✨ I am still getting use to the fact that going to the gym doesn’t mean working on getting better, more efficient, more skilled, fitter .. and instead I am focusing only on getting my back stronger & exercising because I LOVE it 🫶🏼 Biking has been the thing that feels the best on my body & I feel like I can get a good intensity out of it .. so on the bike we go hard 🤝 today’s workout was: 20:00 min warmup – 6 sets: 3:00 at 100rpm & 90-105% of your 20min max 2:00 easy spin – 10:00 cooldown spin All fueled by @bpnsupps on the go gel packs & a scoop of intra flight into my water! 1hr on the bike hip openers to start & we’re off to a great start to this day 🫡☀️
