Katrina Scott Instagram – This week was #nationalinfertilityawarenessweek and it inspired me to write the intention for our workout yesterday. Throughout our fertility journey, I labeled myself as a failure, infertile, and broken. The more I judged myself and my body, the more shame I felt for our loss. I spiraled and felt completely paralyzed to try again. If you joined me for last week’s Stretch & Soul, we talked about the book, A Return to Love. 🤍 We have two paths we can take in this life— love or fear. The path of fear is filled with blame shifting, comparison, judgement of yourself and others, and filled with worst case scenarios. It’s firey with flames of self-doubt, paralysis, and sleepless nights. Now image the other path. This path is love. This path chooses to see goodness. It understands and embodies compassion for yourself and others. It sees the young child in everyone. It doesn’t accept, it’s understands. If you walk this path, you live a life of peace, compassion, forgiveness, kindness, patience, and wholeness. I hope this week’s intention helps put your heart at ease. You deserve to live peaceful. You deserve to @livebeautifully 🤍🙏🏼
