While it’s hard to revisit the struggles we’ve had, I’m grateful for the awareness that is raised to help us get better care for couples. If you are experiencing infertility, miscarriage or loss, my heart is with you. You are not alone. You deserve more— more answers, more support, more advocacy, and more love. We have a new episode coming on the podcast with the very first IVF baby in the United States, @ejordan12 - Her story of overcoming the stigma of being the 1st In Vitro Fertilization baby to her own advocacy of others is so moving and I can’t wait to share. 🎙️ I’m sending all my heart to you 🤍 #infertilityawareness #ivfjourney #ivfcommunity #ivfwarrior #infertility #infertilitysupport

What lights you up? What brings out the best in you? Where do you feel the most safe? Authenticity and autonomy can be achieved through a daily practice of tuning into who we truly are. I want you to go out and do what your heart calls for. If you’re feeling stuck or uninspired, start putting ideas into motion, let fear melt away, and find what lights up your soul ❤️‍🔥 It may take some time, but you’ll find your way. You deserve to feel like YOU 🙏🏼

Katrina Scott Instagram – I can’t believe this was two years ago 🪽 Colette is about to turn two and all the memories are popping up.🥹 If you’re wondering if you should do a maternity shoot… do it! I almost didn’t, but I’m so glad we have these photos.

PS I’m so behind on making family photo albums. What’s everyone’s favorite service to print pictures?

📸 @nicolelhill_ @horizonfound Thank you for capturing these memories ILYSM 🤍
