Kelly Kruger Instagram – I tried the viral high protein flat bread and I am absolutely blown away! If you are looking to up your protein and lower carbs but love your wraps this is for you!!! You do not taste the cottage cheese. I REPEAT you do not taste the cottage cheese!!!!! 

Who’s making it? 

2 eggs
1 cup cottage cheese 
Garlic powder 
Onion powder 
Italian seasoning 

Bake at 350 for about 40 min.
