Tried to be entirely unenthusiastic about this but I just don’t think it’s in my nature… 🤣 Burgers: 1 pound 93% lean ground turkey but I use 98% because I don’t like the texture of 93% 1 tablespoon mayonnaise 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce 3 garlic cloves, minced 1 teaspoon kosher salt ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil I topped with havarti cheese, my chopped salad and this special sauce.
