Kelly Kruger Instagram – Today would normally be a Makeup Monday but since it’s the first Monday in the new year I thought I would share this with you. I’ve been doing a lot of these for some time now and have noticed a big difference in how I feel and the energy I have to get everything done. 

Have you tried a cold shower yet??? If not you have to even for 30 seconds!!!!

Comment which of these you either already do or would consider trying. 

1. Cold showers /  Plunges. 3 minutes a day. It is the HARDEST thing for me because I’m always cold but so cannot tell u how much it changes my day and energy level. The endorphins is another level plus it burns fat, improves circulation amongst many other things. 

2. Oral health is SO important. Tongue scraping and oil pulling is incredible at removing bacteria, plaque, bad breath, 

3. @madisoncharlesoils for everything! Sleep anxiety pain, wrinkles, cellulite you name it! And staying away from toxic synthetic fragrance is the key to overall wellness 

4. Red light therapy is so great for many things including  wound healing. stretch marks
Reduce wrinkles, fine lines and age spots. facial texture.
Improve psoriasis, rosacea and eczema.
Improve scars.
Improve sun-damaged skin.
Improve hair growth in people with androgenic alopecia.
Improve acne.

5.Daily Supplements do so much for my skin, energy and overall wellness, 

5. Daily Movement – I regret working out said nobody ever. I need to do this for my mental health. Finding that time even 5 minutes of bouncing on a rebounder or mini stepper will make u feel so good. 

6. Home Cooking. Look I love eating out but I also love knowing exactly what’s going into my food. I love cooking for my family and playing with different recipes and because of my food sensitivities I always feel better when I make my own clean version of my favorite foods!!!
