Kelly Kruger Instagram – Today would normally be a Makeup Monday but since it’s the first Monday in the new year I thought I would share this with you. I’ve been doing a lot of these for some time now and have noticed a big difference in how I feel and the energy I have to get everything done.
Have you tried a cold shower yet??? If not you have to even for 30 seconds!!!!

1. Cold showers / Plunges. 3 minutes a day. It is the HARDEST thing for me because I’m always cold but so cannot tell u how much it changes my day and energy level. The endorphins is another level plus it burns fat, improves circulation amongst many other things.

5. Daily Movement – I regret working out said nobody ever. I need to do this for my mental health. Finding that time even 5 minutes of bouncing on a rebounder or mini stepper will make u feel so good.
6. Home Cooking. Look I love eating out but I also love knowing exactly what’s going into my food. I love cooking for my family and playing with different recipes and because of my food sensitivities I always feel better when I make my own clean version of my favorite foods!!!
