Since my strawberry fruit roll up went so viral I thought I’d show you how to do watermelon! 🍉
It’s a little harder because u have to strain the pulp but it’s a great healthy snack!
Will you be making this?
Take a big watermelon.
Cut it up and blend
Strain the pulp and save the juice for later
Add a splash of lemon and sweetener (optional)
Bake at 175 for about 4-5 hours until done.

I airfried my potatoes at 450 for about 40 minutes (using @breville smart oven, not sure with regular air fryers what time and temp would be)
No measurements necessary just load up your potatoes with :
Butter
Cheese
Protein of choice (I used leftover rotisserie chicken)
Baked beans
Salt / pepper to taste.

So while it’s true. Adding baking soda to coffee balances the ph and lowers acidity it truly was not enjoyable and tasted salty. If you can handle it, amazing but for me, I pick my poisons and if im going to have a cup of coffee I’m going to enjoy it!

I love being able to eat gluten and dairy free desserts that are loaded with nutrients and good fats. You can satisfy your sweet tooth while still being good to your body 🙌🏻
Who’s making these?
Ingredients:
– 2 ripe bananas, sliced into rounds
– Almond or peanut butter
– 1 cup dark chocolate chips
– 1 tablespoon coconut oil
– 2 tablespoons coconut cream
– 2 tablespoons protein powder (optional)
– Shredded coconut for topping (optional)
Instructions:
1. Spread almond or peanut butter on half of the banana rounds and top with the other half to make banana sandwiches.
2. Place the banana sandwiches on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and freeze for about 1-2 hours until firm.
3. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the dark chocolate chips with coconut oil in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.
4. Stir in the coconut cream and protein powder into the melted chocolate mixture until well combined.
5. Dip each frozen banana sandwich into the chocolate mixture, using a fork to coat evenly. Allow any excess chocolate to drip off.
6. Place the chocolate-coated banana bites back on the parchment paper and sprinkle with shredded coconut if desired.
7. Freeze the banana bites until the chocolate is set, about 1 hour.
8. Once the chocolate is firm, you can transfer the banana bites to an airtight container and store them in the freezer until ready to enjoy.

Easy Chopped Salad 🥗
You can really do any combination of veggies and protein and never go wrong with a chopped salad. We love this one and we have it at least once a week over here.
Ingredients:
– 1 head of iceberg lettuce, chopped
– 1 cucumber, diced
– 1 can of garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
– 1 can of hearts of palm, drained and sliced
– 1/2 cup of olives, sliced
– 1 cup of mozzarella cheese, cubed
– 1 cup of diced turkey breast
– 1/4 cup of pepperoncini, sliced
For the dressing:
– 1/4 cup of olive oil
– 2 tablespoons of red wine vinegar
– 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard
– Salt to taste
– Grated Parmesan cheese for topping

Ingredients:
– 1 ripe banana
– 1 cup strawberries (fresh or frozen)
– 1/2 avocado
– 1 cup almond milk
– 1 tablespoon collagen powder
– 1 tablespoon maple syrup (or to taste)
– 2-3 pitted dates
– 1 scoop protein powder (optional)
– 1 teaspoon sea moss (optional)
– For glass decoration: strawberry glaze, coco whip
Instructions:
1. In a blender, combine the banana, strawberries, avocado, almond milk, collagen powder, maple syrup, dates, protein powder, and sea moss.
2. Blend until smooth and creamy. Add more almond milk if needed to reach your desired consistency.
3. In a separate bowl, mix the strawberry glaze.
4. Pour the strawberry glaze into the bottom of the serving glass.
5. Add a layer of coco whip on top of the strawberry glaze.
6. Pour the smoothie mixture into the glass.
7. Top with more coco whip.
8. Optionally, you can garnish with additional strawberries or other toppings.

The easiest, gluten free chicken artichoke dip!!
If you have leftover chicken u don’t know what to do with. i got you.
I use rotisserie chicken a lot too.
Chop desired amount t of chicken
1 can of artichokes dried and chopped
1-2 tbs mayo
Lots of Parmesan
Salt & pepper to taste
Add it all together, mix and bake at 375 for about 20-25 min or until desired crispiness is reached
