My absolute favorite smoothie to get when Iβm out is the @erewhon @haileybieber smoothie. Itβs sooo good and so good for you! (Hair skin and nails particularly. I had to try recreating it and I was actually really proud at the result!β
Would you make this smoothie at home or would you rather buy one?
What kind of smoothies do you typically like?
Ingredients:
– 1 ripe banana
– 1 cup strawberries (fresh or frozen)
– 1/2 avocado
– 1 cup almond milk
– 1 tablespoon collagen powder
– 1 tablespoon maple syrup (or to taste)
– 2-3 pitted dates
– 1 scoop protein powder (optional)
– 1 teaspoon sea moss (optional)
– For glass decoration: strawberry glaze, coco whip
Instructions:
1. In a blender, combine the banana, strawberries, avocado, almond milk, collagen powder, maple syrup, dates, protein powder, and sea moss.
2. Blend until smooth and creamy. Add more almond milk if needed to reach your desired consistency.
3. In a separate bowl, mix the strawberry glaze.
4. Pour the strawberry glaze into the bottom of the serving glass.
5. Add a layer of coco whip on top of the strawberry glaze.
6. Pour the smoothie mixture into the glass.
7. Top with more coco whip.
8. Optionally, you can garnish with additional strawberries or other toppings.
