Add more almond milk if needed to reach your desired consistency. 3. In a separate bowl, mix the strawberry glaze. 4. Pour the strawberry glaze into the bottom of the serving glass. 5. Add a layer of coco whip on top of the strawberry glaze. 6. Pour the smoothie mixture into the glass. 7. Top with more coco whip. 8. I had no idea how magical coriander seeds were. This simple combination of ingredients can help everything from cellulite and weight loss to acne, heavy metals and more. It’s kind of amazing. 

Coriander  water acts as a natural detoxifier. It helps flush out toxins from the body and supports the proper functioning of the liver and kidneys. Drinking Dhania water regularly will catapult your overall health and vitality by aiding regular detoxification.

This drink is also known for aiding weight loss. To make this, take coriander seeds and dried mint leaves and grind them to a fine powder. Add 1-2 glasses of water, a bit of lemon, and salt. Stir well and drink on an empty stomach or as a pre- or post-workout drink.

The easiest way to incorporate it in my opinion is either sprinkle t on your meals or make a tea with coriander seeds, peppermint tea and lemon (optional)
