Tom and I had the opportunity to spend the day at the Pixar Animation studio ahead of the release of Inside Out 2. (In cinemas from June 27th in NZ)
As someone who has anxiety and depression, I felt so seen and included by this film. It so eloquently breaks down what our brains might look like, conflicting thoughts and how situations become core memories and core beliefs. I am not sure I have ever been so impressed by a film!
We got to look around the studio, try our hand at recording some voice over, get a lesson in drawing some of the characters and I got to speak to some of the creators of the film!
By far one of the best and most magical days Tom and I have ever had!
