Everyone has their own path and every career is so individual and has a different pace. It makes you so much happier when you compare your younger self to your future self, rather than comparing yourself to people on the right or left of you. The process of getting a job is you being compared to other people. It doesn’t make any sense to always compare yourself. It makes sense to focus on getting the tools you want to get to become the actor you want to be.
