I’m pleased to share my latest project, Colors. It’s an exhibition that explores different forms of creative expression in skateboarding. It’s a mix of things that I love and keeps me motivated. It opens on May 18 at the @Aalto2Museum.
Before I was skater, I was always making arts and crafts as a fun way to express myself and once skateboarding happened it all clicked for me. This show represents all the things I love to create and how skating has inspired each project.
My exhibit is a piece of a bigger exhibit called “Pools” which is an homage to the first organically shaped pool designed by Finnish designer/architect Alvar Aalto. The pool that changed it all and led to the birth of pool skateboarding.
