Melanie Lynskey Instagram – Just wanted to say happy (American) birthday to this absolute treasure. I was lucky enough to work with @robynjmalcolm at the end of last year. At the beginning I was so nervous and just hoping she’d like me – I have been awed by her talent for decades now- but by the end of the shoot we were getting matching tattoos together (which I’ve never done with anyone) and I knew I had a sister for life. This woman is so ferociously talented, so brilliant, has such incredible access to her emotions and cannot be anything other than deeply truthful in her work, as well as in her life. She’s an amazing mum, an amazing friend, a ridiculously talented artist and all-around a beautiful woman who I hope to work with again and again. I love you Robyn, I love you at 5am at work on a Monday when we can barely speak and I love you at 7pm on a Saturday with one of your perfect gin and tonics when we can’t stop chatting.
