• Wahnsinnstag #heute 20:15h Es war ein wahnsinnig toller Dreh mit dem besten Team! @ard @ard_degeto mit @ulrichbrandhoff @nadjabecker_official @sophie.killer @katja.benrath @sabinelanzinger @anabel_krue @mscasting_ und vielen vielen anderen! 🍝 Da eine Bolognese Soße eine große Rolle spielt, hier meine vegane Version für Euch zum ausprobieren: * 400 g veganes Hack ohne Soße * 400 ml passierte Tomaten * 400 g stückige Tomaten aus der Dose * 200 g Möhren * 200 g Stangensellerie * 0.5 EL getrockneter Oregano * 0.5 EL getrocknetes Basilikum * 3 EL Tomatenmark * 2-3 EL Agavendicksaft * 1 Zwiebel * 2 Knoblauchzehen * ggf. etwas Sojasosse * ggf. etwas Rotwein * Olivenöl * Salz * Pfeffer Das wichtigste ist, das “Hack” als allererstes anzubraten, dann erst Zwiebeln, Knoblauch und Gewürze dazu. Wichtig ist auch, dass es leicht anbrät, so dass das charakteristische, rauchige, leicht karamellisierte Aroma entsteht. Und wie schon im Film erwähnt, die Soße sollte lange, lange kochen. Bei mir sind es immer ca. 5h mindestens. Zwischendurch drehe ich immer wieder die Hitze auf, damit o.g. Effekt entsteht.
