Lunge kneeling shoulder press x10
Single leg deadlift 10 each leg
Side plank 15 sec each side
Repeat 3 times
3rd circuit:
Chest press on floor x12
Single leg hip bridge 10 each leg
Triceps dibs x12
Repeat 3 times
