Olesya Rulin Instagram – The long-awaited recipe for Russian cabbage soup is finally here. “ SHI” is made in my house at least once a week. My one year old daughter loves, my 80 year old neighbor (who hates vegetables) loves it, so give it a shot, even if you think cabbage does not sound enticing. Today’s recipe is vegan but if you’d like to add meat, a small piece of pork added to the beginning, creates and more full bodied broth. I hope you enjoyed the soup.
