I get a lot o questions re aging naturally sans help, I’d say it’s def not all just genetics- find your light, dress like you’re in college, move your body, do ridiculous things & drink lots of water are my big tips 🫀
recently cut out all liquids aside from 1 morning coffee & lots of water thru the day…& my body is sooooooo much mo happy ⚡️
Also I don’t like or drink liquor, eat meat or consume dairy which I think helps 🙂 occasionally I break the no dairy 🤭
