Home Actress Renee Paquette HD Photos and Wallpapers May 2024 Renee Paquette Instagram - I recently read something about how it takes a woman about 2 years to have her hormones rebalance and fully feel herself after having a baby. Add on top of that maintaining a career, maintaining your marriage, friendships, hobbies, a messy house, piles of laundry, what’s for dinner etc etc… I feel like the last few months I have really started to feel like myself. And not to say I was in the trenches before (although trust me those sleepless nights and early mornings come at ya fast!!) you get in the groove of one stage, and then it’s over and onto something else 😂🥴. Now I feel like I have the brainpower to be a person again. To make time for myself to workout, which has always been a huge part of my life- but when you become a mom, sometimes you take the backseat on what you need. Plus having a job where I travel weekly, I often would be riddled with mom guilt (fun!) and just trying to DO IT ALL. Trying to be a great mom, wife, career, everything in order and accounted for. I’m not good at just slooooowing down. Every baby stage will be an adjustment, and new stages of mom-hood, and different stages of my career. All to say, when it’s all firing on all cylinders it’s really fucking great. So to any mamas that are feeling tired, not themselves, trying to find their own identities again in the midst of it all….it takes longer than 3 months, 6 months, a year, it’s all a work in progress. Eventually you resurface, and shine even brighter! You got this!
