Bit of a different kinda post to what I usually do so please bare with me 🫶🏼
I have to admit, I had some feelings about posting this video in January when I actually recorded it. There’s something about social media and being vulnerable that gives me the heebie jeebies lol
I recorded this after I decided to go for a general check up. Being told your health isn’t in the best place is definitely eye opening. It wasn’t fatal or anything but it definitely wasn’t what I wanted to hear.
Before any trolls start – I know this one is in my hands, but hearing them use the word ‘obese’ definitely knocked me. Not that I’m shocked or even surprised, but as someone that’s had a bad relationship with their own body image, I hope you can understand why this got to me. The thing that got me the most was being told I’ve got quite a lot of visceral fat round my organs. Again not the update you want!
Since then I have been trying to make healthier choices for my baby’s sake but it’s not easy is it? Especially when my soon to be 1 year old has 10 Easter eggs and I just want to polish them all off 😂
