Shizuka Anderson Instagram – We were exquisitely wined and dined the other night at The Tavern’s “Secret Kitchen” hosted by Chef Joaquin Elizondo of the Taipei Michelin-star restaurant, “Zea”, and it was nothing short of a 10-course gastronomic adventure. 🙌🏼
Each dish was a unique and remarkable fusion of Taiwanese and Argentinian cuisine (the chef’s homeland) while also creatively incorporating classic Japanese ingredients, making it a celebration of not one, not two, but three countries’ cuisines. 👏🏼
The exclusive Secret Kitchen events are held on a near-monthly basis @thetaverntokyo, each month inviting an elite chef to cook their original creations in front of you inside an intimate dining hall with stunning views. You are guaranteed to have an incredible culinary experience, a full stomach and to be “wined” so well you will probably go home quite tipsy… (I sure did 🤣😛).
